FAQs

Straight answers.

Including how we work with clients in other countries and time zones. If your question isn't here, ask it on a strategy call.

What does InsightWeave actually build?

Websites, AI systems and automation — designed as one connected system rather than separate projects. A typical engagement includes a site, an AI layer on top of it, and the automations that connect it to your CRM, inbox, calendar and payment tools.

Do I have to start with a new website?

No. Many engagements start with Insight Audit™ or with an AI and automation layer added to a site that already performs well.

Which platforms do you work with?

WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Framer and custom development. We choose the platform around your team's ability to maintain it, not around a preference.

What is Insight Audit™?

An AI-powered website growth platform that identifies conversion leaks, weak messaging, CTA problems, UX issues, trust gaps, competitor weaknesses and growth opportunities.

How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on scope and are confirmed after the discovery and audit stages, before any build work begins.

Can you work with our existing CRM and tools?

Yes. Integrations are built with Zapier, Make, n8n or custom APIs depending on what your stack supports.

How do we start?

Book a strategy call, or run a free audit of your current site and bring the findings to the call.

Working internationally

Remote collaboration, timelines, security and pricing.

How an engagement runs when your team and ours are in different countries and time zones.

Can you work with us if we're in another country?

Yes. InsightWeave is a fully remote team and every engagement is designed to run that way — discovery, design reviews, build updates and handover all happen online. We currently work with clients across Africa, the UK, Europe and North America, and Nigeria remains one of the markets we serve.

How does remote collaboration actually work day to day?

You get a single point of contact, a shared project space where scope, milestones and deliverables live, and asynchronous updates you can read on your own schedule. Calls are reserved for decisions — kickoff, design review, pre-launch and handover — so no one sits in meetings that could have been a written update.

Which time zones do you cover for meetings?

Our core hours are 09:00–18:00 WAT (UTC+1), and we hold overlap slots in the morning and late afternoon so calls can land inside working hours in the UK, most of Europe, the Middle East and North American mornings. The booking page detects your local time zone automatically and shows every slot in your own time.

How quickly will we hear back if we're several hours ahead or behind?

Written messages are answered within one business day, and normally within a few hours of our core hours starting. Anything blocking your team is escalated the same day. We agree the response expectations in writing before the project starts rather than leaving them assumed.

What does the communication cadence look like during a project?

A weekly written progress summary, a live checkpoint call at each milestone, and an always-open async channel for questions in between. You can see current status without waiting for a meeting, which matters most when there are several hours between us.

How long do international projects take?

Scope, not distance, drives the timeline. Audits and quick-win sprints run in days; a website build typically runs a few weeks; larger AI and automation systems run longer. The exact schedule — with dates in your time zone — is confirmed after discovery, before any build work starts.

How is our data kept secure when we work across borders?

Access is least-privilege and time-limited: we ask only for the accounts a task genuinely needs, prefer delegated or role-based access over shared logins, and credentials are exchanged through an encrypted password manager rather than email or chat. Access is revoked at handover, and we sign an NDA or your own data-processing agreement on request.

How does pricing work for clients in different countries?

Projects are quoted as a fixed scope in USD, so the number you approve is the number you pay regardless of where you're based — no timezone or region surcharge. Invoices can be issued in USD, GBP or EUR, and international transfers, card payments and instalment schedules tied to milestones are all supported. Local taxes remain the client's responsibility.

What if we need to pay or contract through our own procurement process?

That's fine. We work with client-supplied contracts, purchase orders, vendor onboarding forms and supplier portals. Send us the paperwork during discovery so it doesn't hold up the kickoff date.
